We are extremely happy with the video and the customer service that you have provided. I'm not sure if I told you, but the first time I watched the video, I cried my eyes out because it was so beautiful, and you see so many things that you miss when you are the bride!!

Ken and I received the video on Fri. and we really love it!! You did a wonderful job of capturing the entire day. The footage came out really well - it was well lit and the toasts could be heard very clearly and it was pieced together very nicely and integrated with the music. We really enjoyed watching the raw footage as well - we watched everything over the weekend!
I am sure it was a bit difficult for you since you hadn't filmed at the castle before and it certainly has its unique features, but you and the photographer, Ann, seemed to handle that very well and not get in each others way. We are glad that you had fun putting it together and it shows in your work. Ken loves photography so had a great time in Alaska taking photos because the scenery is so spectacular.
Both of us and our families will enjoy this video that captures our special day for many years to come. If you need any recommendations, please feel free to use us as a reference.

We were particularly pleased with their professionalism and flexibility. These are qualities hard to find nowadays. Many vendors will just give a fixed package and just do a "template" video. Whereas with Endless Memories, they tailor-fit the package to your specific needs (and yes, even our "quirks" as well).
They too take the initiative to do what is needed to perfect the video. One instance was when we wanted to have exterior shots of DeCordova inserted in our video. Knowing that the shots taken on the day of the wedding itself was very gloomy from the rain and dark clouds, they took the initiative to shoot additional footage on a separate day when it was sunnier without us having to instruct them to do so.
This is just one of the examples that demonstrate how easy it is to work with them.
Another point in their favor is their consciousness of the agreed deadlines. They will either give a realistic deadline that can be met (a very reasonable one) or will be very honest enough to ask for a minor extension if needed. No phone tags. No hiding.
It was truly a pleasure working with them and knowing that they were able to keep up with your museum's high standards.
